We have a total of seventeen dance disciplines that we offer at the studio. The Fall semester schedule is made ahead of time. We make the schedule in July on popular demand so please call if there is something that you think you would like to try.

Definitions:
Clogging - a type of folk dance in which the dancer's footwear is used percussively by striking the heel, the toe, or both against a floor or each other to create audible rhythms, usually to the downbeat with the heel keeping the rhythm.
Maritime Step - Canadian stepdance, also known as Maritimes stepdance, is a unique style of stepdance in Canada, stemming from European origins including France, Scotland and Ireland.

Scottish Country - (SCD) is a form of social dance involving groups of couples of dancers tracing progressive patterns according to a predetermined choreography.
Buck Dancing - An energetic step dance, considered to be a precursor to tap dancing.
Highland - a style of competitive solo dancing developed in the Scottish Highlands in the nineteenth and twentieth centuries in the context of competitions at public events such as the Highland games, where it is often performed to the accompaniment of Highland bagpipe music.

Line Dancing - a type of country and western dancing in which dancers line up in a row without partners and follow a choreographed pattern of steps to music.
Ballet - Theatrical entertainment in which dancers, usually accompanied by music, tell a story or express a mood through their movements.
Jazz - a dance form or dance that is matched to the rhythms and techniques of jazz music.
Tap - a dance performed wearing shoes fitted with metal taps, characterized by rhythmical tapping of the toes and heels.
Lyrical - a style of dance created from the fusion of ballet with jazz and contemporary dance techniques and is a "cousin" to those styles.
